This theme I call Vista Click
Dock cause.. This theme consists of 10 Icons in a hidden Click dock. Up
arrow opens the dock and down arrow hides it.. From the up arrow
scroll up to get to the dock and from the last icon on the right scroll
down to get to the down arrow to close the dock.. well hope u enjoy,
